Our aubergines are packaged in plastic or carton 30x50 cm one-layer cases.
They may be stored in the fridge up to 7 day from harvesting.
Thanks to their delicious Mediterranean flavour, aubergines may be tasted as cooked or as raw, seasoned with some oil, a pinch of salt, and a lot of scented mint. They are a great appetizer or side dish, and they are perfect ingredients in many recipes.
