Bibì are Piccadilly tomatoes easy to store: they may be hung in well-ventilated places for several weeks, and taste and scent will be always preserved. They have an intense red colour, and they expire late despite the soft and juicy texture.

Our Bibì tomatoes are subject to strict controls, during all the producing chain, from sowing to harvesting, up to packaging.
Short in calories, these Piccadilly tomatoes have a high content of fibres, which may help digestion and give you a sense of satiety.
They have good sugar content, an average content of carotenoids, and a high content of proteins and vitamin C. Moreover, dietary elements play an important balancing and detoxifying role.
Sugar content (brix): from 6° to 9° brix. Cultivated varieties: Pixel (Isi Sementi); Motekino (De Ruiter). Our Piccadilly tomatoes are greenhouse-produced with natural pollination with bumblebees.
Piccadilly tomatoes are packaged in a close 500-gram tray on a 40x60 case, in an open 1-kg tray on a 30x50 case, or it is stretched in a carton 30x40 case.
Every fruit has a weight that varies from 40 to 60 grams. Every bunch consists of 8/10 pieces. Bibì tomatoes may be consumed up to 15 days after harvesting.
Loved because of its mealy texture, Bibì tomatoes are perfect for fast-cooking sauces with a typical Mediterranean flavour. The skin, light and smooth, is easily mixed with the pulp and it does not have to be pureed.
